Onboarding & invitations
Invite your team, join a workspace, and finish the company profile.
ELRIC is multi-user: one workspace shares the Open Space, Brain, tasks, and integrations. The owner or a manager invites collaborators by email.
- 1From Settings → Team, send an invitation (member, admin, or viewer role).
- 2The collaborator receives a
/invite/[token]link and creates or links their account. - 3Each member completes their profile (role, responsibilities) so agents can personalize responses.
- 4Per-feature permissions (Open Space, Brain, Meetings…) can be restricted per member.
The initial onboarding (industry, goals) feeds company memory and the roadmap in Progress.
